Your Responsibilities as Branch Operations Manager

In the role of Branch Operations Manager, you will effectively oversee branch functions, encompassing sales, inventory management, budgeting, and operational expenses. Reporting directly to the district manager, you will offer mentorship, training, and oversight to all branch personnel.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Staff Management: You will lead the recruitment, training, and oversight of all team members.
  • Financial Oversight: You will be accountable for branch profitability, budget adherence, expense management, and inventory control.
  • Customer Service Excellence: You will ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: You will guarantee that all team members adhere to health and safety policies and regulations.
  • Brand Representation: You will act as a brand ambassador, enhancing brand visibility, supporting sales initiatives, and elevating the customer experience.

Who You Are

  • You possess 2-3 years of demonstrated sales and supervisory experience.
  • You have a proven history of meeting revenue targets.
  • You are recognized for your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and leadership qualities.
  • You exhibit a collaborative mindset.
  • You are organized and possess strong interpersonal skills.
