We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Kiewit. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Documentation and Records Management: Review and maintain project documentation, including drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Commissioning and Testing: Oversee commissioning database management to ensure system testing and functionality.
- Punch List Management: Identify and document incomplete work or deficiencies, and coordinate with Operations to address punch list items before handover.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to the operations and maintenance team, ensuring they understand all aspects of the project.
- Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between construction, subcontractors, and operations, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, welding technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related position in construction.
- Skills: Working knowledge of quality control procedures relating to construction activities, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentations, and above-average knowledge of handover software.
- Certifications: ASQ, CQM, CQA, or CWI certified and inspection experience a plus.
