Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

FAT BASTARD BURRITO CO is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that food is presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
