About the Role:

The Finance Director will play a crucial role in structuring finance deals for all producers, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and managing department revenue. This includes charge-backs, adjustments, and contracts in transit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with employees and customers to bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Oversee, train, and develop Finance staff
  • Coach and mentor Finance staff to achieve top-of-market PVR numbers
  • Improve bank relations and reduce C.DMV
  • Adhere to local and national regulations and work with sales management to ensure maximum profit
  • Collaborate with service advisors to ensure warranty information is provided to customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years Automotive Finance Experience
  • Strong work ethic, great attitude, and adherence to a strong code of personal ethics
  • Excellent track record of proven performance
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Team player with excellent leadership skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, DealerTrack, ADP/CDK)
  • Ability to create and maintain customer relationships
