About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Westbow Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market is preferred.
