Job Summary

Momi Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising workers and projects, estimating costs and materials, and coordinating activities to meet work schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Oversee the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Conduct thorough cost estimates and material requisitions to ensure projects are properly resourced.
  • Coordinate Activities: Schedule and coordinate activities to meet work schedules, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Establish Methods: Develop and implement methods to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and Hire: Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
