About the Role

Glorious Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to quality control and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accurately estimated and tracked.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control

Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards.

Communication and Stakeholder Management

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with project goals and objectives.

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of construction professionals.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore or Autodesk, and experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Working Conditions

Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to project sites and meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Physical Demands

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to construction sites and equipment.
