Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.

  4. Build and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  5. Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
  3. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
