Job Title: Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer

Join Accoravillage as a key member of our executive team and take on the role of Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer. As a senior financial leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and risk management functions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee internal control programs to ensure reliable risk identification and management
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to set financial and strategic objectives
  • Lead and oversee the budgeting process, managing all accounting operations
  • Act as the chief steward and innovation channel for team operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (MBA or Master's Degree highly desirable)
  • Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation
  • Experience with Risk Management and/or Internal Audit evidenced by a designation or certification
  • Public sector pension administration industry knowledge is desirable
