Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

At Biznes Financial Services Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team.

About the Role:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and planning, ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization.

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and oversee the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Lead the financial analysis and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure the effective management of financial risks and opportunities, identifying and mitigating potential threats to the organization's financial stability.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel and financial modeling software.
