- Lead and educate the front-of-house teams, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain optimal bar cleanliness and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Design and implement creative, elevated custom cocktails, staying up-to-date with classic cocktail culture.
- Deliver superior customer service through effective training and education, ensuring a memorable beverage experience.
- Maximize resources and inventories, managing costs and maintaining inventory and budget to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and agents, driving positive results and aligning with business goals.
- Initiate and execute special projects under the direction of the Restaurant Director, contributing to the success of the Toptable Group.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading a premium beverage operation.
- Hold a professional recognized wine and/or spirits certificate.
- Related university degree or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience curating and managing inventory with fiscal responsibility and award-garnering intentions.
- Strong business acumen, providing insightful industry-leading outcomes to drive growth in a premium service environment.
- Highly committed to a premium level of quality, skilled at developing and creating beverage experiences that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze current business problems and implement recommended solutions.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, handling conflicting deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with dealing with media, public speaking, and VIP guests, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
