Job Title: Bar Manager

Job Summary:

The Bar Manager will be responsible for curating, developing, and managing the bar program, working closely with the Wine Director to create a unique and elevated beverage guest experience that aligns with the kitchen's food program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bar operations in the restaurant
  • Lead the front-of-house teams as an educator and inspirational leader
  • Maintain exceptional bar cleanliness and equipment
  • Design creative and elevated custom cocktails
  • Deliver superior customer service through effective training and education
  • Maximize resources and inventories by managing cost and maintaining and monitoring inventory and budget
  • Develop a strong rapport with agents and distillers
  • Drive positive results and align with business goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading a premium beverage operation
  • Holds a professional recognized wine and/or spirits certificate
  • Related university degree or a combination of education and experience
  • Experience curating and managing inventory with both fiscal responsibility and award garnering intentions
  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to provide insightful industry leading, best-in-class outcomes to perpetuate growth in a premium service environment
