About the Role
The Maintenance Coordinator is a key member of our facilities management team at BGIS, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our global portfolio of over 30,000 locations. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our equipment data, developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules, and providing training to our CMMS end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date equipment data, including asset grouping and preventative maintenance programs.
- Provide data collection procedures, forms, and checklists to support data inputs into our service maintenance management database.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather work procedures and prepare job plans, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Generate reports to review technician workload and provide recommendations for optimizing resource utilization.
- Provide training to CMMS end users and ensure data integrity and quality planning.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in facility services administration.
- Community college diploma or equivalent training (RPA, CET).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others, and capture work procedures accurately.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of applications and ability to quickly learn new software applications and information systems.
