Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Sustainable Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Your Contributions

As part of our team, you will engage in a variety of projects, including:

  • Design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Development of water and wastewater pumping stations
  • Enhancement of municipal infrastructure
  • Promotion and adherence to GSI's health and safety protocols

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil and Environmental Process Engineering, particularly in the design of water and/or wastewater treatment systems
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Registration as a P.Eng. or P.Tech. (Eng.) with a background in municipal projects
  • Knowledge in Structural, HVAC, Electrical, and Controls systems
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team during design and contract administration
  • Self-motivation and leadership capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
