Work Schedule:

  • Afternoon shifts

Monday to Friday – (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of tasks to maintain and repair building and production mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, identify and rectify defective parts, and test and adjust automated production machinery.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance on plant facilities and production equipment.
  • Utilize various hand and power tools.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to ensure optimal operation of automated production systems.

Qualifications:

  • Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) or Construction Millwright (426A) Certificate of Qualification. Candidates with relevant millwright apprenticeship experience will also be considered.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Able to interpret operational standards, blueprints, and maintenance manuals.

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing plant setting
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Regular exposure to dust, odors, noise, and other environmental factors
  • Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions
  • Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces
