We are seeking a skilled Property Adjuster to join our claims team at CAA Club Group. As a Property Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling property damage claims.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough investigations of property damage claims, including taking statements and coordinating with service providers
* Evaluate liability, salvage, and subrogation exposure and potential
* Review and analyze losses to ensure files meet guideline criteria and determine proper kind of loss
* Maintain adequate reserves based on exposure and authority level
* Provide general support to the claims area and participate in special projects as required
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a claims environment
* Relevant post-secondary education
* CIP designation or working towards a CIP designation
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Career-minded individuals with a demonstrated career path
