About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Unfolding Dreams Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement human resources plans, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and establish objectives for the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Values and ethics
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
