About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will play a crucial role in identifying and screening potential partners who can benefit from our verified restoration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Build relationships with relevant stakeholders and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Establish trust with prospective partners or customers as their first point of contact during the initial stages of the sales cycle.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers or partners and veritree sales executives.
  • Maintain a 100% up-to-date CRM to understand the status of every lead, log details of every interaction, follow up at the right time, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Strategically call high-potential prospects to book a demo with veritree executives.
  • Report to the Head of Partnerships with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, including revenue, pipeline growth, and statistics.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email, with a natural conversational tone.
  • Proficient with Hubspot or other CRM software.

The typical on-target earnings for this position is up to $100,000 per year, consisting of a base salary of $40,000-$60,000 plus a variable sales bonus. The final salary offer will be based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
