About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team at RONA Inc. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our programmatic, social lower funnel media campaigns, and driving results through data analysis and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end campaign management with internal and external partners, including brief, campaign planning, test & learn, and campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Generate insights from data analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to internal stakeholders to drive decision-making.
  • Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and outcomes to maximize ROI of each marketing/brand dollar spent within weekly budget restraints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital media, with a focus on campaign optimization and execution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of building positive and productive working relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external agency/vendor partners.
