Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish work schedules and perform same duties as workers supervised.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure. We are looking for a team player with excellent client focus, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
