Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TBC North Food Services Inc. DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
