Guest Services Supervisor

Eldorado Resort is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to lead our Front Desk operations and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the day-to-day Front Desk operations and ensure a consistently high standard of guest service.
- Supervise and assist the Front Desk team as required.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees and guests.
- Handle complaints and provide resolution.
- Assist the Front Office Manager as required.
- 3+ years' experience as a Guest Services Agent or similar.
- Opera PMS experience an asset.
- High School graduation required.
- First Aid certification an asset.
- Shared Staff Accommodation.
