Job Title: Guest Services Supervisor

Eldorado Resort is seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to lead our Front Desk operations and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Job Summary:

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, ensuring a consistently high standard of guest service. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Front Desk team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Develop and implement processes to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Provide coaching and training to Front Desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a guest services or front desk role
  • Opera PMS experience an asset
  • High School graduation required
  • First Aid certification an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with all employees to promote teamwork and co-operative relationships within and across departments
