Key Responsibilities- Staffing and Recruitment
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure business needs are met.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Employee Relations
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
- Employee Onboarding
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to ensure employees are equipped to perform their roles.
- HR Administration
- Review candidate inventories and maintain accurate records of staffing and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment processes.
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
- Experience in human resources or a related field is an asset.
- Language
- Fluency in English is required.
- Work Environment
- 40 hours per week.
