About the Role

The Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau (KMHb) is seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Pivallianiq Agent/Housing Assistant. This role is a key part of our team, responsible for providing assistance to tenants and upholding the organization's mission, goals, and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist tenants in maintaining their housing units in good condition and promoting safe and healthy habits.
  • Work under the supervision of the Pivallianiq program manager to ensure the effective administration of Client Services.
  • Provide support and replace the Housing Manager as needed in activities related to Client Services.

Requirements

  • Secondary V diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience in Client Services or a related field.
  • Ability to work in two of the three languages of the region (Inuktitut, French, or English).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel for training or meetings.
