About the Role

The Kativik Municipal Housing Bureau (KMH Bureau) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pivallianiq Agent/Housing Assistant to join our Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our tenants and contributing to the delivery of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist tenants in maintaining their housing units in good condition and promoting safe and healthy habits in and around their homes.
  • Uphold the organization's mission, goals, and values, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve our objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Housing Manager as needed, including activities related to client services.

Requirements

  • Secondary V diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience in a related field, preferably in client services.
  • Ability to work in two of the three languages of the region (Inuktitut, French, or English).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel for training or meetings.

  • Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
