About the Role
The Nunavik Housing Bureau is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pivallianiq Agent/Housing Assistant. In this role, you will provide assistance to tenants by raising their awareness on the importance of maintaining their housing units in good condition and adopting safe and healthy habits in and around their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist tenants in maintaining their housing units and promoting safe and healthy habits
- Uphold the organization's mission, goals, and values
- Work collaboratively with the Pivallianiq program manager and other team members
- Provide support and assistance to the Housing Manager as needed
Requirements
- Secondary V diploma or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience in Client Services or a related field
- Ability to work in two of the three languages of the region (Inuktitut, French or English)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel for training or meetings
What We Offer
The Nunavik Housing Bureau offers a competitive salary, northern benefits, and interesting working conditions. The starting salary is $25.91 and could be more based on the evaluation of experiences related.
