Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that our menu offerings are consistently high-quality and appealing to our customers.
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
    • Manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that our financial resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting heavy objects.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
