Job Title: Lead Supervisor I

Job Summary:

The Lead Supervisor I is a key member of our store team, responsible for driving sales and operational excellence in our retail environment. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team, while also ensuring exceptional customer service and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Service:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Operations:
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
    • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Team Development:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve goals
    • Identify and develop future leaders within the team
  • Customer Focus:
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement customer-centric initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
