Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:

    • Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve sales performance
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Operations:
    • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service, sales, and inventory management
    • Manage and maintain a high level of store appearance and organization
    • Collaborate with other store teams, including sales, visual merchandising, and inventory management, to ensure seamless store operations
  • Leadership:

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
