Veterinary Medical Director Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Medical Director to join our team at Guardian Veterinary Centre in Edmonton, Alberta.
As a Veterinary Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our veterinary team, ensuring compliance with veterinary medical protocols, and contributing to the financial performance of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of veterinary professionals in addressing changes and improvements to medical protocols
- Oversee surgical and medical cases for veterinary doctors, ensuring positive outcomes and accurate estimates
- Promote team-based medicine practices and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Coach and mentor rotating internship students, teaching, coaching, and guiding
