Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement medical protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, including budgeting and operational planning.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to veterinary team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a veterinary hospital or clinic.
