About the Role

Crew Transportation Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Work Environment: Urban area with public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and work under pressure.
