Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Student and Alumni Coordinator. This role will be responsible for planning and executing events, as well as building relationships with students, alumni, and faculty members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an annual event strategy to engage students, alumni, and faculty members
  • Organize and execute 20+ events per year, including community outreach activities and speaker events
  • Build relationships with alumni and faculty members to foster connections and support student success
  • Provide support for student recruitment activities, including attending events and participating in calling campaigns
  • Act as a liaison between student groups and faculty members to facilitate communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality services, and/or communications
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
