Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement work schedules to meet business needs

  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own transportation
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
