Brandt is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to support our operations.

Position Overview:

This position is essential for the upkeep and repair of heavy machinery and forestry tools at various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the condition of machinery, identify problems, procure necessary parts, and execute repairs.
  • Utilize tools, machinery, and software systems safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment status and actions performed.
  • Identify and address potential hazards associated with service tasks.
  • Employ software applications for documenting maintenance activities.
  • Order parts through established catalogues.
  • Conduct road tests on equipment to ensure functionality.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical capability to fulfill job requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in maintaining heavy machinery is advantageous.
  • Certification in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade is preferred.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
