Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Authorize Payments and Orders: Process payments, authorize returns, and place orders for merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure efficient store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, and a team player.
