Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Crack On Food Truck. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Establish work schedules, maintain and order supplies, and assist in budget preparation.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
