Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Crack On Food Truck. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and management of inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our operational needs.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and that our customers receive a consistently excellent experience.
- Manage Schedules and Records: Create and manage schedules for our staff, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Valid Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is required for this role.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
