We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Management Governance Senior Analyst to enhance our operations.

In this role, you will ensure the effective and comprehensive implementation of our IT risk management governance framework, aligning with industry best practices and standards. Your focus will be on addressing cybersecurity and IT governance risks, establishing a robust framework for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and managing these risks, including third-party IT risks and user cybersecurity training.

Key Responsibilities of the IT Risk Management Governance Senior Analyst

Facilitate the implementation of the approved IT Risk Management program within the organization: Operationalize the cybersecurity governance framework, ensuring alignment with industry-leading practices (e.g., ISO, NIST, SOC, CIS, CMMC, etc.). Develop cybersecurity governance requirements, controls, processes, and artifacts tailored to our operational environment. Serve as the primary custodian and subject matter expert for the repository of governance tools and artifacts, ensuring their accuracy and relevance. Manage the GRC automation platform as the key subject matter expert. Support the Third-Party IT Risk Management Framework, including: Maintain visibility and reporting on the cybersecurity and IT risk posture of third parties. Develop and monitor compliance with IT risk management thresholds and governance policies. Collaborate with third-party relationship owners to oversee due diligence during cybersecurity incidents. Conduct assessments of cybersecurity and IT risks within our environment and those of third parties. Provide recommendations to enhance our cybersecurity and IT risk management posture. Develop and maintain the IT Risk Heat Map and IT Risk Register. Monitor risk posture indicators and alert stakeholders on emerging risks. Review external contracts to identify potential IT risks. Contribute to the Cyber Governance Intake Channel, fulfilling requests for assessments. Lead cybersecurity due diligence assessments for third parties. Monitor third-party cybersecurity posture and the implementation of recommendations. Oversee the onboarding and management of the third-party IT risk management portal. Support the operationalization of the IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program: Facilitate the selection and delivery of effective cybersecurity training. Develop content and initiatives for cybersecurity awareness. Assess audience needs and performance indicators for program enhancements. Act as a liaison with stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations. Build rapport with stakeholders to achieve program performance targets. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for IT risk assessments. Provide governance reporting on cybersecurity and IT risk posture. Participate in the development of the Cybersecurity Roadmap. Develop metrics for the Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management governance framework. Analyze audience data for engagement and performance insights. Monitor the performance of the Cybersecurity Training and Awareness Program. Continuously evaluate emerging security threats and recommend risk management treatments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and IT risk management roles. Proven expertise in developing and monitoring cybersecurity controls and training initiatives. Experience in conducting risk assessments and advising on cybersecurity improvements. Familiarity with governance processes and IT risk management artifacts. Knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS. Ability to communicate technical matters to diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Risk Management. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
