About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Meraki Dental. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our dental team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing excellent customer service.
    • Communicate effectively with the dental team, patients, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of services.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files, appointment schedules, and financial records.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of a clean and organized office environment, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Manage office expenses, including budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
