Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Recruit, hire, and train construction staff, including trades helpers and labourers.
  • Prepare and submit bids for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Establish and maintain health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Supervise a team of 1-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Steel-toed safety boots.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and clients.
  • Flexibility, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

Our construction sites are located outdoors, with a noisy work environment. We require our staff to be willing to relocate to various sites as needed.
