Shift Manager

Coffee Lodge Inc. is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock and inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, repairs, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- 5-10 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of physical stamina and flexibility.
The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced cafeteria environment, with a high level of customer interaction. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
