Role Overview: Assistant Manager

In the capacity of Assistant Manager, you will leverage your insurance knowledge to effectively lead and support your team in reaching set sales objectives, while prioritizing employee engagement and customer loyalty.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

Mentoring and guiding team members, assisting in the training and onboarding of new staff as necessary Advocating, communicating, and executing corporate strategies, policies, and protocols Staying informed on product offerings and fostering relationships with insurance partners Engaging in continuous personal development through industry participation and relevant training

Key Qualifications:

General Insurance Level 2 License is mandatory Experience in a supervisory role, successfully leading teams to meet sales goals Active involvement in industry associations and community initiatives Proficient communication skills, both written and oral A genuine passion for assisting others, with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset

Employment Details:

This is a full-time position.

Compensation:

Salary range is between $53,000 and $73,000.
