Chief of Staff, Product Analytics and Data Science

Autodesk is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as Chief of Staff, Product Analytics and Data Science. This role will partner with leadership teams to drive strategic customer insight initiatives and enable organizational change management.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of Product Analytics, elevating and amplifying the organization's capacity, capability, and effectiveness.
- Operational Strategy: Help define and refine operational strategies for data-driven initiatives, working with VP and leadership across the organization.
- Change Management: Drive change management practices supporting the transition to a data-driven product organization.
- Planning and Coordination: Coordinate the planning cycle, ensuring seamless working with stakeholders to inform vision, priorities, and resource allocation.
- Leadership Meetings: Plan and facilitate team and cross-team leadership meetings and off-sites, guiding discussion and capturing action items.
- Strategic Projects: Plan and lead strategic projects and programs impacting the company's overall success and advancing the Autodesk Culture.
- Master's Degree or Equivalent: A master's degree or equivalent work experience in a fast-moving, high-tech business environment.
- Leadership Experience: 7+ years of expertise leading large, complex, and transformative programs across teams in a matrixed setting.
- Credibility and Relationships: Ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across functions and levels.
- Business Acumen: Ability to leverage business acumen to distill complex issues and ambiguity into structured frameworks and concrete action plans.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills related to prioritization and risk management.
- MBA and/or Graduate Degree: MBA and/or graduate degree.
- Strategy, Consulting, Operations, or Communications Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Operations, or Communications.
- Digital Transformation Experience: Experience driving digital transformation or business process optimization at scale.
- Data Analysis Experience: Experience with data analysis.
