We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project & Administration Associate. This role will provide critical support to the Finance Division, assisting in project management, financial systems administration, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Division in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Administer and maintain financial systems, including Oracle Financials, Business Objects, and Leasequery.
  • Provide technical support to Finance users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to improve financial systems and processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems.
  • Close monthly periods in coordination with the accounting department.
  • Assist with procurement and vendor management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial systems administration and project management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Financials, Business Objects, and Leasequery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in French and English.
