We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project & Administration Associate. This role will provide critical support to the Finance Division, assisting in project management, financial systems administration, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Finance Division in project management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Administer and maintain financial systems, including Oracle Financials, Business Objects, and Leasequery.
- Provide technical support to Finance users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to support business operations.
- Collaborate with the IT department to improve financial systems and processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems.
- Close monthly periods in coordination with the accounting department.
- Assist with procurement and vendor management.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial systems administration and project management.
- Proficiency in Oracle Financials, Business Objects, and Leasequery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and English.
