Job Summary

The Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) is seeking an experienced Administrative Processes Specialist to support the development, implementation, and quality control of the dental electronic record and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Super-User Role: Serve as a super-user for the training and support of teams, ensuring compliance with computer security and access to confidentiality rules.
  • Training and Evaluation: Conduct training, evaluation, and skills updating activities for users.
  • System Access: Provide appropriate system access according to determined user profiles.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish links with the IT support department, archives, and other pertinent collaborators.
  • Implementation and Integration: Analyze the clinical impacts of implementation on the organization of work and identify appropriate solutions.
  • Piloting and Quality Assurance: Check the piloting and integration of clinical functionalities and ensure quality assurance control of administrative processes.
  • Customer Support: Respond to user needs on an ad hoc basis and assist the customer support team in case of problems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Administration, Human Science, Social Sciences, or other relevant academic discipline.
  • Experience: Five years of relevant experience in a computerized dental clinical environment, with understanding of clinical and administrative processes related to the management of dental clinics.
  • Skills: Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and decision-making skills, with knowledge of MSSS administrative regulations, their network, and programs.
Language and Other Requirements
  • Language: Fluency in English and French, with fluency in Cree being an asset.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel when needed.
