  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their financial goals, promoting our products and services as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and banking procedures to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
