About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Associate to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their financial goals, promoting our products and services as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and banking procedures to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant customer service experience.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
