Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled professional to deliver comprehensive financial advisory services, address the intricate needs of our clients, and expand an established portfolio of business. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in investment strategies, financial planning, and insurance products. Our Wealth Management division works closely with clients and the community to promote financial literacy and improve overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizes extensive experience in financial planning, investment, and insurance to provide well-rounded and informed advice.
  • Builds and nurtures relationships with clients and colleagues to create a robust network and community spirit.
  • Actively participates in business development to enhance and diversify client portfolios.
  • Maintains and grows the existing book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Upholds the highest professional and regulatory standards, fostering a culture of risk management.
  • Employs holistic planning techniques, supporting clients and enhancing community engagement by leveraging the expertise of our team.
  • Offers guidance and mentorship to colleagues, contributing to the overall success and skill enhancement of the organization.

  • Commits to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Wealth Management products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in wealth management or investment advisory roles.
  • Completion of relevant industry designations (WME, CSC, PFP).
  • Progress towards CFP or CLU designation (completion within 24 months).
  • Possession of IIROC or MFDA license; life insurance license is a plus.
