Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and relaxed throughout the process.
- Prepare dental instruments and filling materials to ensure they are clean and ready for use.
- Perform reception and clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Educate patients concerning oral hygiene and provide them with personalized advice and guidance.
- Polish teeth and clinical crowns and apply fluoride and sealant to help patients achieve optimal oral health.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and ensure that patients are seen in a timely manner.
- Perform intra-oral duties such as taking X-rays and recording dental procedures.
- Fabricate and place temporary crowns and restorations to help patients achieve optimal oral health.
- Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts to help our dental team diagnose and treat patients effectively.
- Criminal record check is required for this position.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Physically demanding work that requires standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
